There are places where beauty seems to quiet the soul before a single word is spoken. Lake Molveno, nestled in the Italian Dolomites, is one of those sacred places.

Last month, I had the incredible privilege of serving as a therapist during the Contemplative Thrive Retreat, listening to the stories of women who have dedicated their lives to serving around the world. While the scenery is breathtaking, it is the people who have captured my heart.
